We will see you on July 31, 2024, for the summer's biggest party in the gardens. 

Taste & Toast is an after-hours celebration of fresh, local cuisine, regional beer and wine. Live music and beautiful gardens set the stage for tastings from local and regional chefs, restaurants and farmers, as well as samplings from Minnesota wineries, breweries and the Arboretum's own Horticultural Research Center. Scheduled for Wednesday, July 31 from 6-9 p.m. this event is a highlight of summer, drawing up to 1,200 people to the Arboretum's stunning summer gardens. All proceeds benefit the Arboretum's public gardens and its environmental, horticultural and educational programs.

Please note this is a 21+ event — No children are allowed, including those in strollers or carriers.


Ticket Details

Tickets will go on sale for members on May 15 and for non-members on May 22. 

  • $135 - General Admission: Get access to samples from all restaurants, wineries, breweries and cideries, as well as an Arboretum-branded wine glass. Event access from 7-9 p.m. 
  • $210 - Patron Admission: Get the first tastes from all restaurants, wineries, breweries and cideries, plus a Patron swag bag and an Arboretum-branded wine glass. Event access from 6-9 p.m.

Schedule: Taste & Toast takes place in the Arboretum's main gardens at peak bloom. 

6 p.m.: Patron Event Begins 
7 p.m.: General Admission Access
9 p.m.: Event Concludes
